EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

LICENSE
This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Kukushkin A. S. ("Author") for the software product ("Software") identified above, including any software, media, and accompanying on-line or printed documentation. By receiving and/or using this Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the following User Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Author grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right to sub-license, to use this Software in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Author. Author does not transfer title to this Software to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. Installing and using this Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove this Software from your storage devices now and cease to use the product.

GENERAL TERMS
This copy of Software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license. You may access this copy through a network, provided that you have obtained an individual Software license for each workstation that will access Software through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstations will access Software on the network, each workstation must have its own Software license, regardless of whether they use Software at different times or concurrently.
If you have obtained an evaluation copy of the Software, and have not purchased a license to the Software, Author grants you a 30-day non-exclusive license to use the Software free of charge for the purpose of evaluating whether you wish to purchase an ongoing license for the Software.

DISTRIBUTION
This Software and the license herein granted shall not be shared, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part. For information about redistribution of this Software contact Author at:

Nor can you create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the Software in whole or in part.
Author retains sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to the Software and all Intellectual Property rights relating thereto. Copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect all parts of this Software. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved for Author.

WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
